Fresha & ClassPass

Using Fresha and Treatwell with Phorest at the same time

Many salons list on more than one marketplace. Booking Connect lets Phorest act as the hub, so Treatwell and Fresha both see when you are busy.

How it fits together

  • Treatwell to Phorest: booking emails add Treatwell bookings to Phorest.

  • Fresha to Phorest: Fresha appointments are added to Phorest as breaks, using a calendar feed.

  • Phorest to both: the calendar feed for each stylist includes Phorest appointments and breaks. Because Fresha bookings are breaks in Phorest, Treatwell sees them as busy time too.

Setting it up

  1. Connect Phorest and choose your staff. See How to sync Treatwell bookings into Phorest automatically.

  2. Add each stylist's Booking Connect iCal link to Treatwell Connect (external calendar) and to Fresha (a linked calendar for import).

  3. Paste each stylist's Fresha export link into the Fresha iCal field in Booking Connect. See How to block out Fresha bookings in Phorest.

Things to know

  • Fresha does not tell us whether a booking is prepaid or unpaid, so Fresha bookings are always breaks. Check the details in Fresha.

  • Calendars are read on a schedule, so allow a few minutes for a booking on one platform to show on the others.

  • If a new Fresha booking overlaps something already in Phorest, you get a warning email so you can fix it.

Booking Connect has a 14-day free trial, so you can try it with your own diary first. See the pricing page for the plans.

Booking Connect is an independent service. It isn't run by Treatwell, Phorest, Fresha or ClassPass.
