Where Booking Connect works: supported countries and languages
Booking Connect works with Phorest salons in the UK and Europe, the United States, Canada and Australia. For Treatwell booking emails, it reads UK English, German and Austrian German.

Booking Connect connects to the right Phorest region for your salon, based on your salon's time zone, and converts booking times using that time zone, so bookings land in Phorest at the right time.
Treatwell email languages
Because Booking Connect reads Treatwell's booking emails, it needs to understand the language they are written in. Today that is UK English, German and Austrian German. It reads dates, times and prices in the format Treatwell uses for each language.

If you're not sure whether Booking Connect works for you, or you need another language for Treatwell emails, email support@booking-connect.com and tell us where your salon is. A new email language needs some work on our side.
