Is Booking Connect right for a one-person salon or a team?
Booking Connect works for a single stylist and for a team. You choose which staff to sync, and each person gets their own calendar link.
If you work on your own
Switch on just yourself. You get one calendar feed for Treatwell (and ClassPass or Fresha if you use them) and one personal email address for Treatwell's booking emails. Set-up takes a few minutes once you have your Phorest API details.
If you have a team
Switch on every stylist who takes online bookings.
Each person has their own iCal link, so each calendar is kept separately. See Selecting staff.
Treatwell bookings are matched to the right person by the stylist's name. If two people share a name, you get an email asking you to check.
The Basic plan covers up to 10 staff in one branch. For a larger team, email support@booking-connect.com.
Choosing a plan
Basic shows your Phorest free and busy times on Treatwell and ClassPass.
Plus also adds Treatwell and ClassPass bookings to Phorest automatically.
